EPA Settles Lawsuit Over Puerto Rico Landfill Contamination

The Municipality of Toa Alta has reached a settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Justice to address environmental risks at its landfill in Puerto Rico, the EPA said Tuesday.
