UNFAMILAR TERRIORITY....

Where would I find/ Who would I call.... to request the donation of a 28ft 55 hundred flatbed truck for Western North Carolina?
There is desperate need for one. We are trying to get all homes rebuilt before winter snow. They were using moving trucks and take up too much day and too much man power unpacking, loading and unloading moving trucks.
Now the moving trucks are no longer available.
