Do the souls of aborted babies go to heaven?
There's different views on this.
The Catholic Church of course would attempt to sway thinking to suit their own agenda.
Most say yes, as once conceived the infant is made in the image of God. #Angels

I don't think they have to be baptized. What about the people responsible for their death. Do they go to heaven?
This author claims to have been shown, or allowed to see what happens. It doesn't specifically cover perpetrators. Think of the movie Ghost, where the bad guy was pulled down to hell by dark ghouls. The cabal film industry shows us the truth.
I can believe that, I have had personal experience of telepathic spiritual contact & physical evidence. It was quite a surprise to me as I wasn't brought up practising a religion, but the 'church' is the same as everything else on this plant, it's open to corruption and possibly always has been as a means of control.
