I 've tried over the years to find out who owns and runs this platform.
One thing that always stood out for me was that it was not only VK who suggested this platform if twatter went tit's up, but he was the main protagonist on here too, herding Anons into a certain way of thinking.

My research led me to believe that the server was in either Russia or Israel, and since I have learned of Flynn, Peter Thiel and others connected to Palantir , then makes sense of the shadow banning that takes place on here.
