I took myself off statins about a year ago. Within 2 weeks, my brain fog and memory issues were disappearing. Now, I have a totally different brain and attitude. PLUS, I now have more energy than I've had in years & have my balance back. Am 75 & was on statins for 15yrs. My 'borderline' cholest levels have not changed. I see only positives in my quitting!
