100% Truth! Just finished my 4th year Carnivore, and last checkup doc said, "How did you make it this far in your life and are on zero prescriptions?" I told them, I used to be on plenty, but since becoming Carnivore, NO MORE!

and the anti cholesterol pills go directly to taking the brain fat out first.. takes about a year so no one connects the two. logic that everyone i ever knew that had alzheimers all took anticholesterol drugs and ate low fat meals on top of that. the ones who ate regular fat foods did not show up as quickly as the food counteracted the pills.. been known a long time.

Back in 2010, I told an Airforce Dr at the base hospital I was no linger going to take statins, as they cased extreme joint pain, and, I was willing to take a few years off my life when I was 90, to avoid living the rest of my life in excruciating pain.
I told her, "Prescribe all you want, I will not fill it."
You should have seen her face... never looked back.
