1. Unprecedented CAT 2 hurricane hits western NC preceded by biblical rain directly over the region with a world class vein of quartz silica running through it, currently being mined for use by Big Tech.
2. Evidence points to the possibility that Duke Energy released water the day before the storm, flooding out Biltmore Village and Swannanoa drowning untold homeless and others who lived down or near the French Broad River.
3. Cloud Seeding using Sodium Polyacrylate, used for decades to increase moisture content in soil for Big Ag, is also used to increase rainfall. It is of SERIOUS CONCERN AND INTEREST to note that sodium polyacrylate is also used to separate ore from mine tailings. See link for sauce in comment below…

I live 35 mins from Chimney Rock. A single engine Cessna with what looks to be a MAD sensor or Magnetic Anomaly Detector on the tail, has been in the area. You may very well know this already as it was developed to detect submerged submarines. It is also is used in mining surveying as it can detect what minerals are in the ground. It made 3 passes over a couple of days in the same path directly over my land. We are being scoped. For perspective, I am smack dab in between the lithium and the quartz. I did not have ADS-B Exchange on that phone but I do now. I wish I would have been able to catch the tail number.
what day and rough time was it? Ill look and see what craft where up in the area and see what jumps out to me.

I work at home so everyday is groundhog day. I think the flyovers were between the 21-23 about 1100 EST. About 10 mi. south of KFQD northbound at about 1500 AGL. It looked liked a Cessna Caravan but it was smaller and had piston driven engine not a turbofan like Caravans have. Guessing at 125 KIAS. Happy hunting.
I now how to use ADS-B in flight but not so well in the app. I need to learn how to look back. I'll be taking notes now, if I see it again.

You can scroll or better yet select days under the history tab. This plane has been doing quite a bit in the area.
So from what i can find, that particular aircraft/tail number is its owned by WNC Aviation LLC and is a flight school but they are family owned.

I hear ya. I had no idea where you lived exactly but went with what I saw. Some serious circing for trairing and in specific areas at times. Heck, what do I know.
