Wouldn’t that be awesome?! A little while back, I was waiting in the airport for a delayed flight so I had the opportunity to just sit and observe/people watch, for a good piece of time, I haven’t done that for quite awhile but it’s usually a pretty fun/interesting thing to do…..not this time. It left me really sad! Maybe because I am now so aware of whats going on behind the scenes…I don’t know. I am not being judgmental, just truthful. I have never seen more obese, physically unfit, tired, unhappy looking people, in one place….ever! I truly mean that! I ended up just trying to identify and count the ones that i thought looked to be just the opposite and I can tell you, there weren’t many….even the kids. I was actually depressed and thought about it long time after I had boarded the plane to head home. Lord, we are in so much trouble! I hope we can turn this around. It boggles my mind that we actually have a system in place to make us sick….on purpose…and it’s working! 😢

After our food, air, water, soil, and countless products we buy are cleaner life is going to improve. Our bodies are going to function better and start to heal from what they have been put through. I believe it will happen faster than we ever could have imagined. We will be a healthy nation again.
