EVERYONE, try be prepared as best as possible for anything. Stay alert. If you encounter things like flooding or wildfire (regardless of causes), don't take chances. Head to safe areas asap and value life over property & mundane things. Wildfire & floods don't give much time. Be prepared to bug-out, and remember safety might be just a few miles away or less.
Don't hesitate to make important decisions and have priorities straight. Have alt places to go, frens, fam.
All property can be restored.
Protect LIFE first.
Might be a good idea to have emergency stuff ready to load in vehicle, with spare fuel handy. (Collect your MOST treasured mementos and maybe have them ready and packed - only what you absolutely want with you and can fit with you in an emergency.) Food, Water, Necessities for at least a few days minimum.
