ā Lateefah Simon used her nonprofit positions to funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Anti Police-Terror Project (APTP) for defund the police advocacy, which is now starting to look like a get-rich-quick scheme.
ā The Terror Projectās co-founder is Earl Harper, husband of Oakland government official Carroll Fife. APTP distributes $800,000 of this funneled money to other organizations also run by Harper, along with $55,000 to the personal LLC of the Terror Project's vice president (who is also one of Oakland's cannabis commissioners).
