Skin color probably isn't as important as people of worth and integrity.
The whole world lies in wicked - God tells us that in His Word and the 'god of this world' is the d'vil who's bent on keeping people in the dark (unbelief in GOD and His Promises).

Only those who have God's Holy Spirit residing in them have discernment - the world doesn't have that nor can give it, lest it expose them.
