The DOJ is suing Virginia because they are removing Illegal Aliens from their voter rolls within 90 days of the election.

You should be able to remove illegals up until the date the ballots are printed.
Of course, after that, the ballots are sent, so its kind of moot to remove names, unless you are covering your tracks.
