Imagine such a robot covered in synthetic skin that looks human. Do you think it's sci-fi? - no it isn't. They've been doing it for decades, and not just with humans, but animals too. Or they "oblige" a person who is hungry for money and power (actors, singers, politicians, directors of corporations) and replace them with such a biorobot (or a clone - but it is expensive and does not have a long life).
