I still remember learning as a child how Abraham Lincoln's mother died from "milk fever' caused by raw milk. That stuck with me! Fear mongering starts early.
I just started buying raw milk this past year and it tastes so much better than milk that has been pasteurized & homogenized, Problem is it is so expensive! We shouldn't have to pay a fortune for fresh, healthy foods, that are grown locally.

O bought some earlier in the year, but, I fear, it had been watered down - having grown up in the UK getting fresh milk delivered every day - I could tell.
Was quite disappointed.
There are no dairy farms around here, as we are high desert - its all beef cattle ranches. But, I keep my eyes open, just in case. 😊

I live near dairy farms but my state doesn’t allow raw milk to be sold unless it is for “pet” consumption. Anyone who knows anything about raw milk knows it is fine to consume.
