If someone says 'white hats are in control', what exactly does that mean? If people want to read something into that comment, that is their choice. I simply think of what God told Noah. Was Noah told that it would not flood? Was Noah told the rain would be stopped? These are my own personal thoughts...fwiw to anyone.
