If you have the means, you should leave. If this hits Tampa, devastation will be biblical. Add to the initial horror as it comes through, weeks without power as modern life grinds to a standstill. No hot showers. No water (other than what you've stockpiled.) No ice. (You'll see how valuable that is.) No electricity. No AC. It's Tampa. It's still hot during the day. It's not somewhere you want to be for at least a week.
