I have friends in NC and this is exactly what's going on. The quartz mines and the lithium deposits in NC is what they are after. Saw a video of a NC cop and he said, you better not fook with those Appalachian people, because they will take you out. They've lived there generations. There is also a lithium mine at Kings Mountain and the residents are fighting tooth and nail against Piedmont Mining because they don't want their town to look like a 3rd world country. This does make my blood boil and don't donate to the Red Cross either, they're just as bad as FEMA

I'm worried you're right. I live in Rutherford County, 35 mins from Chimney Rock and smack dab in between there and Kings Mtn. I'm worried they are gonna steer Milton at us.
