There were early reports of a dam failing and the mayor came out and said it hadn’t failed and the reports were false. Then? The dam failed. Someone had read that part of the script too early.
Like 911 and building 7 being reported as collapsing 20 minutes before it came down.
I can’t recall exactly all the problems with the script for Sandy Hook. But I do recall that multiple news outlets kept mispronouncing Newtown as Newton.
Then there’s J6. With all the connectivity issues because of all the data usage going on. Jaydenx was still able to get live video out of Babbit’s shooting.
Almost everyone gets so caught up in the disaster that they don’t notice the anomaly in the moment. I’m not faulting anyone who doesn’t catch it. Just want to encourage people to pay attention to the scripted events so they can see where the play is.
