None of us know what's truly happening due to Fog Of War, Raymond.
Am confident, based on previous interviews with WTPN and real Commander Valiant Thor on Rumble (2 of 3 links below, can't find one link to first interview) that there may still be some Cabal HAARP locations on Earth that are cloaked and which can only be identified when they de-cloak to activate (or fire), but then they expose their position and are immediately targeted and destroyed by the Alliance.
That said, we still don't know what's truly happening due to the Fog Of War. I have to tell myself that every day.
It is pretty clear we are living in a Star Trek world, tho, and that we are involved in a Galactic War for Planet Earth and over the future of Humanity just as Kat says - and WE WILL WIN.
