Public execution was a daily thing to the samurai..if it meant ridding this realm of baby eating/raping parasites public execution comes off a little soft. If violence wasn’t present in our realm animals would be inherently peaceful. Dirty hands have to finish the job so the “enlightened” ones can turn their backs.

Yes we do and this practice is to mainly prevent such an event so the evil cannot return. There is a spot in the pineal gland that acts as a vessel for return and they won’t be needing that. Most portals and such are closed as well.
