I find it interesting....sad...but interesting... Isn't Asheville, NC (one of the highly devastated areas of this hurricane) where the Vanderbilt's Biltmore Estate is located? WAS this truly a NATURAL disaster? Was it weather manipulation? If so...why these areas?

Insurance?

Act of God, but there is insurance you can buy for this.

Maybe they wanted to collect the insurance before the property was to be seized due to EO 13818? I doubt that would work. Anyway, the odds of the Vanderbilt estate being effected by this is low. If it happens, then we might be talking about a DEW of some sort.

Not the manor itself...but it's what's underground I'm thinking about mostly. There are videos that share there's a complete underground system in Ashville. The old old timers knew about it...but it disappeared off of the newer maps and history. It even included an underground subway I believe. They are saying there were these tunnels that went all over including to Biltmore. So If Ashville got flooded out...then that would mean those underground tunnel systems got flooded out. It will be interesting to find out at some point.
