President Joe Biden on Thursday yelled that Democrats 'are the ones funding cops', referred to Kamala Harris as 'boss' and called J.D Vance 'Secretary' at a White House event about gun violence.

Biden was flanked by Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, and went after both GOP nominee, former President Donald Trump, and his running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance.

'Look folks, I taught Constitutional law for years. Constitutional law. Never was the Second Amendment meant to be absolute,' the president said. 'Back when it was passed, you could not own a cannon,' he claimed.

The president then mumbled through the quote, 'The liberty of America is watered with the blood of patriots.'

'Like hell,' he told the East Room audience. 'I'm serious. Think about it. Think about it. It was never absolute. Never, never, never.'
