Whoa, whoa, whoa...

"A former prosecutor and retired judge in Orange County, NY killed himself Tuesday as the FBI arrived at his home to arrest him."

First of all, as someone w/a newspaper background, saying "killed himself" in the headline or story is a no-no - especially when that conclusion is unsourced. When I see stuff like this it makes me think THEY want this to be accepted as the narrative.

Later, in the article:

"It appears there was an exchange of gunfire at the suspect's home, according to the FBI ... The FBI is reviewing an agent-involved shooting that occurred earlier this morning in Campbell Hall, NY. The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents seriously..."

An exchange of gunfire? I thought it was a suicide? If it was a suicide, why was the FBI firing weapons?
