I think the only thing that we can do at this point is just remain in neutral because there's no way to accurately judge if someone's actually trying to help humanity or just playing the part or vice versa.
This game has been going on for thousands of years and they are 4 more adapt at it than us. If you get your emotions entangled in it, it's gonna be a problem when the truth is revealed.
