I love it, I lived in a 350sq ft. studio apartment in Greenwich Village for 9 years. The building was 100 years, old at the time, I had planked floors, 14 ft ceilings, a fireplace, built a loft bed and was on the top floor of the 4th floor walk up. I was happy as a clam, this house reminded me of that apartment if it were a house…maybe more counter space in the kitchen, but, very very cozy🕊
