Wireless headphones are harmful to health️ and radiation lands directly in the brain. IMO you’re literally frying your brain, and without an optimal brain, you're screwed.

If you still want to listen to radiation-free music, take headphones with a cable and a find ferrite core / ferrite filter in addition.
