Excellent question! I believe the answer is no. I think the programming was all pervasive and beyond what people could believe in depth, deviousness and technology. We have only begun to climb our way out of the disinformation because of the changing energies and the "Light" (love, knowledge) is filtering through in a way we had been blocked from for a long time.
