Okay, I noticed that Rumble HAS updated their site and that SOME may notice that the, "upload" section is missing. DON'T PANIC! I've got your back. (This is a smartphone problem) Hold your phone sideways(if you're using the browser) and it'll show up. Or you can switch your browser to, "desktop mode" and use your fingers to, "zoom in" once you click, "upload" you can switch it back to normal (either rotate or disable desktop mode). Hope that helps.
