Debit card account closed but not closed.

Got an account closed message when I used my debit card. Verified that my account was not closed.

Went to the CU to get a new card. Was told this was happening to a lot of people.

I asked if the new card would be connected to the QFS and the teller's response was YES. ⬅️

Could it be true?
