So glad you are doing these natural things and they are working. We found our hip pain comes from our feet and legs. We massage the length of a leg, sole of a foot, and back of the ankle above the heel. Lots of pain releases there. These all seem connected so we do all of it in a session. Then the grip in the hip releases.
A topical we use because it’s made here is Noni lotion for pain. Health food stores carry it. The brand we use is Real Noni. It’s like a liniment.
