Sarsaparilla

I have another supplement I am trying out today...

Trying it to see if it can help with Arthritis, but has some other unique points to help like working with other supplements, protecting the liver, and fighting any Cancer!

Kris, from what company do you buy your vitamins?

Local shops if I can, and Amazon if I can't. This happens to be Amazon. I live rural and we do not have the stores in our area that have much.

However the brand of Sasparilla from Carlyle.

And they also have a Great Celery Seed Extract that I have used since I had the pancreas problem back in 2020, where doc said I needed it removed, I took the celery seed and I am living and pancreas is fine!

What set off my pancreas was the oil they used to fry the green fried tomatoes and it set off my pancreas to shut itself down and became hard as a rock. It was very very painful.

But I am here. And still living!💛

We are so glad you are still here, for sure. The problem I find in buying vitamins are the ingredients in them! It can be so confusing. Take for example D3, I read that 5000 units is too strong, but lower units like 2000 can be hard to find. It can be mind boggling!

I've been buying from Vitacost. I can put a bunch of options in my list and go back and compare the ingredients, dosage and price before picking out the best one for me.

I've found over the years the big brand type supplements are full of un-needed ingredients.
Really, who cares what their vitamin looks like, no need for coloring!

Thank for sharing that with me. We are in need of a few, I'll check them out. Many have gotten so costly.

All I can say to this is research research research, ask others what they use, and then try if you can (I know they are costly).

TY, I a glad to still be here too! Yes, then add in the part they seem to add in other ingredients that are harmful, such as soy for example. I stay away from soy products, as they seem to irritate me more if I end up having them. Besides the fact that soy is not good for consumption, IMHO.
