the strong
The fearful like the herd - they feel safe
The fearful only want to be surrounded by those who think, speak, do as they do, it makes them feel safe, and righteous.
The fearful are very easily goaded into violent though, speech, action, as those they think are leaders influence their thoughts, words, actions.
The fearful are easily turned into tools of evil as a result, attacking anything they perceive as THREATENING their feelings of safety.
The FEELING of safety, is more important, than the actual state of BEING SAFE to them.
