It is a great idea to have members of each chapter DEPUTIZED by The Constitutional Sheriffs of the counties currently being taken over by The Venezuelan Gangs.

Now The Constitutional County Sheriffs will have the manpower and firepower of The Hell's Angels to PURGE his county of these violent thugs and if they need to use deadly force they can do so with the LEGAL protection of The Constitution which is the SUPREME LAW of The
