The group think tanks like the Atlantic Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, Brookings, the Trilateral Commission, etc., are who run our government. The Trump administration tried to get them to disclose their foreign funding. The Biden administration put an end to that.

Im not finding any "DIRECT" ties to Biden but a lot of the Trump Admin went to them after Trumps first 4 years.
