Not aware of this movie...
Interesting scenery, the background structures look like neurons... which if the idea is that we are viewing the inside of someones memories or dreams while they are in a coma, could be reasonable.
Wondering what the dark enemy is... meds or treatment that is not working, ie an alien substance in the body, whether chemical or perhaps nanite based.
I'll look for it on DVD - we stopped going to the movies in 2008.
