Unless they have one on every street, the injected will get it first - because their need, due to their fear and bad decisions, is more dire...

Chronic pain will be way down the list, the walking wounded, way down the list... I doubt most of us will even get to be in the same room as a med bed, let alone to see the benefit of one.
