They sure are. Just got a tx revaluation notification this week, they more than doubled mine on the farm here. I've also been flooded with offers from companies wanting to buy it...at least 2/3 lower than the revaluation, or cost per acre for this area, Yes, I do believe they're trying to force small farms out.
