The more quiet you become, the more you can hear.
The stiller the mind, the more the universe will speak to you.
There was a time not long ago in the past where humans did not speak as much as they do now.
Spoken words were less important.
The LISTENING was far more revered, and respected.
Humans knew how to pay attention to their environment at a far deeper level.
Making sounds were not seen as important, unless it added to the sounds of existence, non interfered with.
We were far more telepathic and in tune with the spirit of nature and the elements.

If you wish to increase your spiritual abilities, intuition, and connection to energy, try to increase your time of sitting quietly in nature, or even in chosen space within your dwelling.
Pay close attention to your surroundings without labeling them.
Listen.
Look.
Smell.
Feel.
Just breathe very slowly and really tune in with all of your senses.
