The FBI in Atlanta confirms that the Apalachee, Georgia, school shooter was followed, visited, and questioned by the FBI in 2023. He was being investigated for making online threats to commit a school shooting.
"There was no probable cause for an arrest."
Should be tried as the child he is. He is also the victim of being stoked/provoked/activated to do this. His life is no less valuable and he was also used and disposed of by these criminals.
