Mines' more like conversations with people, I could be talking to you explaining something, or arguing a point with my daughter or just plain gossiping telling my neighbour the latest juice.
Mostly though I just talk things through and toss in all the sides of a problem, it's amazing how much I have saved on psychanalsts!!!
