I felt guilty at first myself, but then I looked around and decided if I don’t take care of me first I’m no good to anyone around me. Over the last few months dealing with so many deaths, and everyone else’s problems I lost 20 pounds and didn’t even realize it until I weighted myself and I’m down to 83 pounds😳 and have to put myself first from now on.🙏🏻❤️🌻
