An "unprivileged belligerent" is a really bad position to be in as a combatant in a War, and this is officially still THE WAR ON TERROR.
These foreign Mercenaries/Terrorists are extremely violent and are clearly here to terrorize and destroy America (like MS13), to undermine the American Republic, and harm the American People, and they were paid by someone to get here and do their menacing.
Whoever paid them, organized them, etc., would be, by definition, funding and supporting TERRORISM, as well as being "unprivileged belligerents".

Important to emphasize "near civil war". I agree w/ Juan O'Savin in his recent interview with Sheriff Mack & Nino that we are past that and won't have a "civil war". That's maybe why QTSR & others says "near". This is actually IMO now a straight-forward WAR OF LIBERATION and pushing out FOREIGN BELLIGERENTS & TERRORISTS.
My POV:
The "corporation" posing as government are foreign-agents, having taken "oaths" to FOREIGN POWERS, even if US Citizens, they chose to WAR against the Republic & Americans.
Then Venezuelan gangs, just like MS-13, are FOREIGN MERCENARIES, imported to terrorize our People. Thus, they are TERRORISTS by definition, as are the Foreign-Agents of those foreign "corporations" and professionals who terrorize Americans with unlawful courts, Lawfare, mask mandates, etc.

Loved ones living near the Black Hills reported to us today, that they are seeing (and cheering on) LARGE GROUPS of riders headed South towards Colorado.
