Well annoyingly my TSB app 4 online banking is not responding & neither are the customer service, 3 times I've rung & you can tell that the phone rings twice as though someone's going 2 pick up & no one is!! I'm trying 2 sort my home insurance out. Any other English patriots know what's going on!!

I don't use any online banking, but I do plan to call into Nationwide HQ on Monday (if it's not another bank holiday or something like that?) I'll ask them if they've heard of any people having online Bank 'difficulties'.
