In Canada "it is strongly beleived" that arms of the police force are involved and or in charge of the import and distribution of drugs
I hope he is taking the drug dealers out first including the ones that may be hiding under the police officer badges.
The majority of police officers are wonderful but the number of them are not is growing.
They have it all so hoping that the bad ones are sorted out of the mix.
