Really??? A US department can contribute to a presidential campaign???? Now, how is that partial or LEGAL with tax dollars? Our own tax dollars can then be used against us! (Ok, I KNOW they are all over - funding chemtrails, vaxxes..., but this is so OVERT). 😡
