These look like the same contraptions atop all the so-called cell towers that have popped up like mushrooms everywhere. I’ve told many people that there was more than meets the eye with those things……something very sinister about them! Of course they “pooh, pooh” my comments and consider it the ravings of a crazy woman! So be it!
