Thanks! I may have found it on Bitchute. It was actually released in 2007. I haven't watched it since then. At the time it freaked me out. Now it's tame, lol.

It was one of the films that I veiewed near the beginning of my waking up. There was another one that I can't remember the name of about a Christian guy in a future society where Christians and Conservatives were being prosecuted, tortured and killed if they refused to be chipped and conform to the Progressive mentality of godlessness.
