WHY WOULD PEOPLE ENGAGED IN TERRORISM AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE & WARRING AGAINST THE AMERICAN REPUBLIC NOT CEASE & DESIST IN THEIR ACTIONS & ATTEMPT TO MAKE REMEDIES IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING NOTICED BY THE US MILITARY?

Is it because...
a) they didn't receive the Notice?
b) they aren't t smart enough to understand the Notice?
c) they are so brainwashed that they don't believe the Notice?
d) they love their pay, benefits & pensions too much to resign?
e) they have been in power too long & believe themselves somehow protected... even against the US Military?
f) they committed Treason or Crimes Against Humanity (or both) and cannot risk removing themselves from power?
g) they are too blackmailed & compromised to betray their puppet-masters & risk being publicly exposed or outed?
or
h) that the penalty of betraying those puppet-masters is more severe than a Military Tribunal?
