Was a director and had 70 employees. If she didn’t do them she’s never going to . If people want to succeed in life do the extra even if it’s not asked of you. If your employer see you do it and doesn’t acknowledge your efforts then move on to another company that will. At some point, you’re gonna have to get rid of this employee you can’t reward her for bad behavior. And if you don’t reward her, she’s gonna poison the rest of your employees cut your loss. Sad but true.
