The current energies that are flooding our bodies and planet are some of the most intense we've ever experienced.
Our usual ways of recalibrating ourselves might not be working as they normally do.
That's ok. You'll get through this. I promise.
Here are some additional ways to ground for you to try.
However, even these might not work for you.
But if you listen to your intuition and body: you might be presented with new ideas(specific to you) of how to ground.
If you need to nap - then nap.
If you need to isolate - then try and get some alone time.
Try whatever you can to see what can make this moment a little easier for you.
Take what resonates and leave what doesn't.
